Effective Self-reflection Card Prompts for Everyday Use

If you’ve come upon this very blog, chances are you’re looking for a new way to get into the meat of your problems, or perhaps you just need to reflect a little more on the goings on in your own life. Here’s how it works:

  • Below are a set of cards that I have pre-selected for you. Choose 1, 2, or all in a color set to reflect on a current issue that is troubling you. Swipe left or right to select a card.

  • Work through the entire card, by answering the sentence prompts as they are arranged from top to bottom.

  • Card sets move from Green, Yellow, and finally Red - like a traffic light

  • Grab a piece of paper and answer the cards extensively, and see where your reflections take you.

  • What did you notice as you moved through each color set?

  • What were your answers like for each subset?

  • And what have you ultimately learned about yourself through the process?
